Liability
CanvasMint provides browser-based software templates and related professional services on an as-is basis to the extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Except where mandatory law states otherwise, CanvasMint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from template configuration choices your team makes.
Where liability cannot be excluded, CanvasMint's aggregate responsibility is limited to the amounts you paid for the specific subscription period during which the claim arose, unless a separate written statement signed by both parties specifies a different cap. This section does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is unlawful.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would refer to another jurisdiction. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Seoul, unless consumer protection rules grant you a non-waivable right to bring claims elsewhere.
If a tribunal finds a provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. CanvasMint may assign its rights and obligations as part of a corporate restructuring, provided your contractual position is not materially weakened without notice.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration details, safeguard credentials, and promptly notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You must not probe, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security controls, nor may you use templates to distribute malware, harass individuals, or violate third-party intellectual property.
Administrators are responsible for configuring roles, exports, and integrations in line with your organization's quality standards and any sector-specific obligations that apply to you. CanvasMint does not monitor customer data content except as described in the Privacy Statement.
Acceptance and updates
By accessing the site, creating an account, or downloading materials, you agree to these terms and the policies linked in the footer. If you use CanvasMint on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
CanvasMint may update these terms to reflect product changes or regulatory guidance. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires express consent for specific changes.
Intellectual property
CanvasMint retains rights to its trademarks, documentation, and underlying platform code. Subject to payment and compliance, you receive a non-exclusive license to use purchased templates for your internal business purposes or to deliver projects to your clients as expressly permitted in your order.
Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve products without obligation to compensate you, except where a signed professional services agreement states otherwise. You retain ownership of data and creative assets you upload.
Termination and suspension
Either party may terminate a subscription at the end of a billing cycle according to the cancellation process described in your account settings or order form. CanvasMint may suspend access if there is credible evidence of abuse, non-payment, or legal compulsion, and will provide notice where practical.
Upon termination, your access to hosted features ends, and you should export permitted data within the timeframe communicated in-product. Certain clauses that by their nature should survive—including liability limits, governing law, and intellectual property—remain in effect after termination.
