Retention

CanvasMint retains account metadata, billing references, and support correspondence for as long as your relationship remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, satisfy accounting obligations, and comply with lawful requests from external reviewers in Korea.

Technical logs used for security monitoring are rotated on a schedule designed to minimize identifiability while preserving traceability during investigations. You may request deletion of personal data where retention is no longer necessary, subject to exceptions such as unresolved claims.

Data collected

We collect identifiers (name, email, phone when supplied), professional details (company, role), usage events (pages visited, template interactions), device information (browser type, approximate location derived from IP for fraud prevention), and content you voluntarily upload to workspaces.

If you integrate third-party services, those vendors may process additional categories under their own policies. CanvasMint encourages customers to complete a transfer analysis when personal data moves outside Korea.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, as well as rights related to portability. Korean residents may exercise rights under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) by contacting [email protected] with a description of the request.

We verify requests to prevent unauthorized disclosure. Where legal exceptions apply—for example, ongoing litigation—we will explain the basis for partial fulfillment rather than ignoring the request outright.

Contacting CanvasMint

Questions about this Privacy Statement should be directed to [email protected]. For postal correspondence, use the registered business address published on the Contact page. Please include enough context for us to locate relevant records without over-collecting sensitive identifiers.

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to your local data protection authority where applicable law provides that route.

Use of data

Data is used to deliver subscriptions, personalize in-product guidance, improve reliability, detect abuse, and communicate service changes. Analytics cookies, when enabled, help us understand aggregate navigation patterns without selling personal data to data brokers.

CanvasMint does not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning individuals without human review, except for narrowly scoped fraud checks that you may contest through support channels.

Scope and children

This statement applies to visitors of uprak.digital, trial users, and paying customers. Features intended for enterprises should not be used by children under 14 without verifiable parental authorization, and CanvasMint does not knowingly market to minors.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience; their privacy practices are outside CanvasMint's control, and you should read their notices before submitting personal data.
