Do templates ship with hosting?
No. You connect hosting and DNS through vendors you already trust. CanvasMint focuses on configuration, editorial QA, and automation recipes.
Can we export data?
Yes. CSV exports are available on supported templates, and webhooks can push structured payloads to your warehouse.
How do automation recipes handle holidays?
Recipes include quiet calendars. Nothing sends during dates you mark, and humans must re-enable sends after sensitive periods.
What languages are supported?
The marketing site and templates default to English strings. You can localize copy inside each workspace without redeploying code.
Is there a mobile app store listing?
Most kits ship as responsive web apps. Native store packaging is not included in the default engagement.
How quickly can we schedule onboarding?
Typical kickoffs book within two weeks, though complex procurement cycles may extend that window.
Do you offer SLAs?
Enterprise agreements can include response targets. Self-serve tiers rely on best-effort support during business hours in Korea.
What is explicitly not included?
CanvasMint does not provide wallet hosting, payment processing, or regulated market data feeds. Operational tooling stays separate from those domains.
Can agencies white-label templates?
Yes, with a written addendum describing brand usage and review responsibilities.
